For damaged or missing product(s), please raise the return or replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Step 2: Once you have raised your return request, please allow us 2 working days to review and process your request. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Step 3: After reviewing your return request, we will arrange for our trusted courier partner to pick up the products from the address they were delivered to. Our aim is to make this process as seamless as possible for you.
Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product(s) using a reliable courier partner. Rest assured, we will reimburse the courier charges incurred in the form of either PayTM Wallet or Your Maria Ross Wallet.
Step 5: Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against your claim. Based on the evaluation, we will initiate the replacement or refund process accordingly. Please note that the availability of replacement will be subject to stock availability.

- After you request a return, we will organize a pick-up for the item. Our courier partners will schedule the pick-up within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request.
- The item will be collected by our courier partners and brought back to our warehouse.
- At our warehouse, our quality control team will thoroughly check the returned product.
- Once the product successfully passes our quality control assessment, we will initiate the refund process.
