Maria Ross return and cancellation policy

At Maria Ross, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or replace a product, and we’re here to assist you through the process. Please read our return policy guidelines below:

Step 1: If you have received the wrong or expired product(s), kindly raise a return or replacement request within 8 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the request, please provide your order and contact details through our dedicated request form or utilize our convenient Chat option to get in touch with our customer support team. For damaged or missing product(s), please raise the return or replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2: Once you have raised your return request, please allow us 2 working days to review and process your request. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Step 3: After reviewing your return request, we will arrange for our trusted courier partner to pick up the products from the address they were delivered to. Our aim is to make this process as seamless as possible for you.

Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product(s) using a reliable courier partner. Rest assured, we will reimburse the courier charges incurred in the form of either PayTM Wallet or Your Maria Ross  Wallet.

Step 5: Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against your claim. Based on the evaluation, we will initiate the replacement or refund process accordingly. Please note that the availability of replacement will be subject to stock availability.

Our Return/Replacement Policy:

You can return or replace your product under the following conditions:

  • If the wrong product is delivered.
  • If an expired product is delivered.
  • If the product is damaged, either physically or if the packaging is tampered with.
  • If your order is incomplete, with missing products.

conditions where return/replacement requests will not be accepted:

  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging, including mono cartons, labels, etc.
  • Return/replacement requests generated after 8 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reporting of damaged/missing products after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Process after raising a return request:

  • After you request a return, we will organize a pick-up for the item. Our courier partners will schedule the pick-up within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request.
  • The item will be collected by our courier partners and brought back to our warehouse.
  • At our warehouse, our quality control team will thoroughly check the returned product.
  • Once the product successfully passes our quality control assessment, we will initiate the refund process.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You have the option to cancel your order by accessing the “CANCEL” button on the order details page within the “My Account” section. Simply provide the reason for cancellation, and we will handle the rest for you.

  • If you prefer, you can call our customer care number (available from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm) and our team will assist you in canceling the order.
